An anxious frolic through the politics and people in the green movement, Beautiful Creatures, an opera, follows Eileen, an executive of an environmental organization, who is struggling to find the reins of her mission.  Explored are the loss of ideals and how we reconcile our best hopes with sobering realities.

- The libretto, has been completed and readings conducted
- Music workshop, including a fully cast sing through, occurred in March 2011
- Creative team workshop and fine tuning sessions continued through summer of 2011
- Semi-staged Readings set for November 2011, directed by Christopher Alden
